WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can get a store credit or store exchange. Any item(s) returned must be in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging and tags. Returns may take up to 7-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. After 5 days there is a 20% restocking fee. Please keep the receipt for proof of purchase.
WHERE ARE LOCAL PICK-UPS?
We provide local pick-ups at a designated public location only in Zachary and Baker surrounding areas. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, then later we will text or call when your order is ready for pickup. When checking out, be sure to select the "Local Pickup" option for your Delivery Method. We ask that you please provide your email and a valid phone number so we can keep in contact for delivery and a destination location that is best for pickup.
